Bots

Bots are allowed Test server

On Baiakeria 15+ you may use bots – for example the bot that is already built into our client.

Allowed: healing, attacking, looting, cave hunting, supplies and other automation – also with the built-in bot.

Still forbidden (also when a bot does it): bug abuse, cheats such as speed hacks or faked packets, attacks on the server or the website, and blocking passages, portals, depot lockers or NPCs on purpose – see the Rules.

1Turning on the bot in the Baiakeria15 client

  1. Log in with your character – the bot works only in game.
  2. Click the Bot button in the client's main panel. The Bot window opens.
  3. Choose a config from the list at the top of the window (see below).
  4. Click the Off button so that it shows On – the bot starts and the status appears under the button.
  5. Set up healing, attacking and the cave route in the tabs of the Bot window.

The bot module (OTClient bot) is part of the client from the Download page for Windows and macOS – nothing needs to be installed.

2Configs

Included

The client comes with two ready configs: vBot_4.8 (HealBot, AttackBot, CaveBot, TargetBot, equipper, supplies, alarms, analyzers…) and cavebot_1.3. On the first start they are copied to your bot folder.

The Edit button in the Bot window shows the path and opens the folder.

vBot was written for OTClientV8. Not every script has been tested with client 15.25 on this server yet – if something does not work, tell the staff.

3Good practice

These are recommendations, not rules – they keep the game pleasant for everyone:

  • Do not take over a respawn where someone is already hunting – go elsewhere or agree to share.
  • Do not leave a botting character AFK in the temple, the depot, at NPCs or on busy streets.
  • Keep an eye on your character. PvP is on: an unattended character can be killed. Use the alarms and keep blessings or an amulet of loss.
  • Do not make scripts too fast. The server disconnects a connection that sends more than 25 packets per second.
  • Make sure your cave route and targeting do not attack other players by accident – unjustified kills give skulls.
